Greetings Puzzlers!

As always, you are welcome to participate at either (or both) locations and it is okay to pick up puzzles at one location and return them to another.

IMPORTANT REMINDER!

Our exchanges are getting very popular! That’s not a bad problem to have (LOL!) Our hosts and volunteers are constantly refining their check-in processes to keep the puzzles and puzzlers moving smoothly at the check-in tables. Here are a few things you can do to help:
– NO LOOSE PIECES – we make sure pieces are inside ziploc-style bags in their boxes before they can be exchanged. If you can bag them up at home before you bring the puzzle in we can get the puzzles out to the trading tables a lot faster.
– CHECK IN “FIRST-TIME” PUZZLES ONLY – “Returning puzzles” with pieces in ziploc bags and Portland Puzzle Exchange stickers can be dropped off directly onto any of the trading tables.
– NO MISSING PIECES!!! – Please do not bring puzzles with missing pieces in for exchange (no matter how cool they are!)
