As always, you are welcome to participate at either (or both) locations and it is okay to pick up puzzles at one location and return them to another.

Just a heads up… Our email list has grown quite a bit over the last couple of years. In order to meet the volume of messages we send each month, we’re going to have to move beyond a personal Gmail account to a commercial solution. We will be sending an email out in the near future asking you to verify that you wish to continue receiving our newsletter. Be sure to respond when you see that message so we can continue to send you news and meeting reminders. No need to do anything yet — just watch for the opt-in email. We will keep you posted before we make any changes.

Here are a few things you can do to help keep the puzzles and puzzlers moving smoothly at the check-in tables:

1. NO LOOSE PIECES – Put loose puzzle pieces in a ziploc-style bag inside their box before bringing them to an exchange. Please don’t tape boxes shut.

2. NO MISSING PIECES – Do not bring in puzzles with missing pieces — not even if you put a note on the box and no matter how cool they are.
